Labor is warranted for one year unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment. Warranty does not cover misuse, customer‑supplied materials, or alterations by others.

 

12. Liability

Aurora Electric LLC is not responsible for:

  • Failures caused by aging wiring or equipment
  • Damages resulting from necessary power shutdowns
  • Hidden or concealed conditions (e.g., buried wiring, inaccessible junction boxes)
  • Damage to walls, ceilings, finishes, or other building components that must be opened or disturbed to complete electrical work
  • Damage that may occur as a necessary part of accessing, repairing, or upgrading electrical systems
