Can you install my charger if I already bought one?
Yes — we install customer‑supplied chargers, including Tesla Wall Connectors, ChargePoint, JuiceBox, and other Level 2 units.
Do I need a Level 2 charger for home charging?
A Level 2 charger gives you much faster charging than a standard outlet and is the best option for daily home use. It’s the recommended setup for Tesla, Rivian, Ford, GM, and most EVs.
What’s the difference between hardwired and plug‑in chargers?
Hardwired chargers connect directly to your electrical system for a clean, permanent installation.
Plug‑in chargers use a NEMA 14‑50 or NEMA 14-30 outlet and offer flexibility if you plan to move and always require GFCI protection.
Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?
